Warning about phishing scams.

(2024.04.19) [Important Notice] Notice Regarding of Booking.com Fraudulent Emails

In December 2023, the hotel reservation information management system of the Netherlands online company “Booking.com” used by our hotel may have been illegal accessed. As a result, sales were temporarily suspended. However, the issues have been addressed, and we are now resuming sales on Booking.com.

If you are a customer, please don’t access any documents or links attached by Booking.com emails. Please contact Booking.com or our hotel directly that if you don’t know the content.
Hotels will never send emails for asking customers to enter credit card information or to log-in the another website without a valid reason. If you receive the email, please do not visit the URL listed or enter your credit card information. Best regard.

Hotel Gracery Taipei is conveniently located just one minute on foot from MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station (two stops away from Taipei Station), close to the Zhongshan area where many commercial facilities and offices of Japanese companies are located. The location is also highly convenient for its proximity to the Songjiang Nanjing area where the office density is the highest in Taipei, and it is also right across the street from the commercial facility “Huashan 1914 Creative Park.” These factors make the hotel convenient for not only guests from Japan staying in the hotel on business, but also guests using the hotel as a base for sightseeing and leisure.

All of the 248 rooms have a floor area of 25 ㎡, spacious enough for two people. They are all equipped with “independent bathrooms,” a feature of the recently opened WHG Hotels that is highly appreciated by our guests. In addition, we will be glad to provide you with a full range of tourist information: we treat our customers to a comfortable stay to relieve the fatigue of their long journeys.
