You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge until noon (Taiwan time) the day before check-in. However, if you cancel after this date, you will be charged 80% of the total accommodation fee as a penalty. To cancel a reservation, contact the hotel no less than 10 days in advance. Cancellations within 10days of a reservation will incur a cancellation fee.
